There was a problem getting accurate Status of my repairs. I brought the car in on Tuesday morning for a power steering issue. The next day around 5 pm I was called and informed that I still had a noise and it probably was a fuel pump and the mechanic was going to do more testing and I would be called back with the results. No one called back. I called the next day and was told the mechanic had to go more troubleshooting and I would be called back. No one called me back. I called at 3:00 pm and was told again that the mechanic thought it was the fuel pump but had to do some troubleshooting. Friday I called again and the person that had been working with me was off and it took over 30 minutes for the next person to tell me the mechanic thought it was the fuel pump and he had to do some troubleshooting. Finally the car was repaired on Saturday. The repairs were completed to the normal high standards that I always get from the dealer, but the communication with me was poor. I understand that the mechanic while waiting for parts will be assigned other car to work on and will not be working on my car. When this happens just tell me.
