My expierence with Shelton Cadillac was great. Service Adviser was excellent, didn't try to sell something not needed. Advised me what was needed and what was not. Hoping to get the same adviser again. Have business card will try to request on next service visit. Great and fast service. Looking forward to next service appointment

Took to long on getting an oil change and checking on a recall took two and half hours and didn���t up date me for the delay and Lea call my phone and ask for my husband which he had nothing to do with my car

In my past and previous three visits to this dealership, I've always experienced a nightmare with the service department. This service department is terrible and needs lost of work. No one meets you at your vehicle when you pull into the service bay. Most of the time you have to go inside and wait another 10-15 minutes prior to being helped. Not enough service advisors for the amount of work that comes to that dealership. Oil changes take 3-4 hours even with an appointment. Totally unacceptable. I plan to start taking both my Cadillacs to Austin which is an hour drive from my home, but but great customer service and quick service turnarounds. My number one concern that I hate about this dearlership is they have no loner program if your car is in need of repairs and has to spend a couple of days. That is totally bull and unacceptable. If I buy two Cadillac's from your dealership on the same day every 4-5 years, I expect and demand to be put in a loner (Cadillac) and not GMC.
