I am very upset with the service and the way it was handled. The technician was great and when we drove my car he explained the situation very thorough. However as you may expect the problem is not solved and Im guessing won't be. It was better for the first 300 miles but back to the same problems. I am not impressed with the service manager who kind of had a small temper throwdown because he sent the service writer to talk to me instead of walking 6' to handle it himself. When I said if he doesn't want to handle this, I can go over his head. When he realized his attitude he did calm down but no apology given. I am a woman and like to see women have positions but your young service writers do not have the experience they need or the knowledge. All they can do is type in computer. I bought from a hometown dealership and love my salesman, Eric. My daughter drives a BMW and has experienced similar problems with service over there. Not sure what has happened but attention to detail is very important when you drive a $100,000.00 car. Now I would like to know how this shifting problem is going to be fixed??????And I know its not just my car.

Service was very good except I received a call to schedule repair work on a part that was ordered. This was massage for me to call to have car scheduled. I called and it was scheduled. 2 days later or the day before I get a call CANCELLED the appointment and they said the part was not in. I needed to wait another day for the part to come in. After which I had to schedule the car again.

Ever things pertaining to our experience was top notch, men’s and ladies rooms were outstanding, waiting room are great with a large choices of drinks and snacks. All employees that we had contact with were all very knowledgeable in their responsibility and willing to answer all questions. All greeted us quickly as we approached them.
I can’t say enough nice things about this dealership and the service department. They have gone beyond my expectations. My CUE went out and they replaced it. Originally they said two hours, it only took one. Courteous , quick, and friendly who could ask for more. When I am ready to buy a new Cadillac I will definitely go to Garlyn Shelton

Car was never cleaned as asked, the suspension is still acting up, found other problems that was clearly missed on the 3 point inspection,windshield blades was never replaced, service has went completely down hill.From the frontend of the store to the backend. When I initially came in about a year in a half ago I spent 120k cash on a 2017, you guys was soooo eager to stay late past closing hours and make things right made sure you secured that deal to satisfy me and my family. Fast forward I was in the position to potentially buy or lease another car from you guys and that went straight out the window. I am reassured to stick with the my Range Rover and Mercedes at this point. No customer should have to call on loaners for two days straight. No customer should have to hunt down his or her keys. No customers should have to try feel like they need to befriend any of the reps in fear of retaliation. No customer owes a company nothing but a great experience period. No customers should be going to any service center once a month b/c stuff is being missed then acting as though we are on your time.
